SwaadBrahma began as a humble dream simmering in our family kitchen. Created by father-son duo Sunil and Eashan Mundada, it’s rooted in a shared love for authentic and soulful food. Seeing the rise in costs and a lack of true flavors, they decided to bring back the joy of homemade yet restaurant style but authentic, flavorful meals at prices everyone could enjoy. Rooted in the traditions of an Indian kitchen, our journey began in a regional Indian home filled with the aroma of hand-ground spices and slow-cooked flavors. We serve food that tells a story.
